SOME ROOMS A children's book by Tim Newlin about the rooms in our homes
Growing up in California, I noticed how little attention was paid in educational programs concerning our homes. This was even more clear to me when I began my architectural career, and my move to Scandinavia brought even more insights. When I became a parent, I wanted to explain the rooms of our homes. Before modern times, knowledge of building a home was passed on as a part of life. This book is my attempt to start a dialogue with children about their home.
